Are You Going to Heaven?

Dear friend, are you totally sure that you would have a home in Heaven if you were to die today?

A very common misconception of society today is that good and moral people
will be automatically rewarded with life in Heaven, but the Bible tells us that this is not the case.

But we are all as an unclean thing, and all our righteousnesses are as filthy rags...
Isaiah 64:6

If you want Eternal life in Heaven, then listen to what the Holy Bible tells us:
1. We are all sinners. We have all done something in our lifetimes that has displeased God.

As it is written, There is none righteous, no, not one:
Romans 3:10

For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;
Romans 3:23

Wherefore, as by one man sin entered into the world, and death by sin;
and so death passed upon all men, for that all have sinned:
Romans 5:12

2. Our sin must be judged. God is holy, and cannot allow sin into His presence. If we die without
somehow being saved from sin, we will go to Hell, and will suffer and be tormented forever.

For the wages of sin is death...
Romans 6:23

The wicked shall be turned into hell, and all the nations that forget God.
Psalm 9:17

And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was
cast into the lake of fire.
Revelation 20:15

But, there is hope!
3. God loves us all, and doesnt want anyone to perish (die in their sins).
Because God is holy and just, He must judge sin. But, He sent Jesus Christ, His only begotten Son,
to die as a substitute for us and pay our penalty.

For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that
whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
John 3:16

4. Jesus suffered a cruel death on a crucifix, and rose from the dead three days later,
defeating the curse of sin.
When Christ died on the cross, He defeated the curse of sin once and for all,
and provided us with a way to escape the wrathful judgment of God. His precious blood was shed to wash
away all of our sins.

In whom we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins,
according to the riches of his grace;
Ephesians 1:7

5. We need to realize our need for a Saviour, and repent.
Only if we repent (that is, completely and willingly turn away from sin to God), can we be saved.

I tell you, Nay: but, except ye repent, ye shall all likewise perish.
Luke 13:3

For godly sorrow worketh repentance to salvation not to be repented of...
2 Corinthians 7:10

The Lord is...not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.
2 Peter 3:9

6. By the grace of God, if we repent of our sin and accept Jesus Christ
as our Lord and Saviour, we will be saved, and one day live with God in Heaven forever!

That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart
that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth
unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.
Romans 10:9, 10

For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.
Romans 10:13

Righteousness comes only by faith in Jesus Christ, and nothing else.
Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man
cometh unto the Father, but by me (John 14:6).
If you want to have Eternal life
in Heaven, receive Jesus as your Saviour now!
Just bow your head and pray a simple prayer like this:

    Dear Lord Jesus,

I know that I am a sinner, and that I deserve Hell. Please forgive me of my
sins and save me from Hell. I accept You now as my Lord and Saviour.
I believe that You shed your precious blood, died on the cross, and rose again
to pay the price for my sins. I now wish to receive Your gift of Eternal life.
Thank You, Lord, for saving me. Amen.
